TYPES OF CHECK VALVE

1. Swing-open check valve
The disc of the swing check valve is disc-shaped, and the rotating motion is made around the rotating shaft of the valve seat channel, because the channel in the valve is streamlined, the flow resistance is smaller than that of the lifting check valve, which is suitable for large diameter occasions with low flow rate and infrequent flow changes, but it is not suitable for pulsating flow, and its sealing performance is not as good as that of lifting type. The swing check valve is divided into three types: single valve type, double valve type and more than half type, which are mainly divided according to the diameter of the valve, in order to prevent the medium from flowing or reversing and weakening the hydraulic impact.
2. Lifting check valve
The disc slides along the vertical centerline of the valve body, the lifting check valve can only be installed on the horizontal pipeline, and the disc can be used as a round ball on the high-pressure small-diameter check valve. The body shape of the lift check valve is the same as that of the globe valve (which can be used in conjunction with the globe valve), so it has a large coefficient of fluid resistance. Its structure is similar to that of globe valves, and the body and disc are the same as globe valves. The upper part of the valve disc and the lower part of the valve cover are processed with a guide sleeve Jane, the valve disc guide Jane can be freely lifted in the valve cup guide Jane, when the medium flows downstream, the valve disc is opened by the thrust of the medium, and when the medium stops flowing, the valve disc falls on the valve seat by self-sagging, and plays the role of preventing the medium from counterflowing. The direction of the medium inlet and outlet channel of the straight-through lift check valve is perpendicular to the direction of the valve seat channel; The vertical lifting check valve has the same direction as the direction of the medium inlet and outlet channel and the valve seat channel, and its flow resistance is smaller than that of the straight type.
3. Disc check valve
A check valve in which the disc rotates around a pin shaft inside the seat. The disc check valve has a simple structure and can only be installed on the horizontal pipeline, which has poor sealing.
4. Pipeline check valve
A valve in which the disc slides along the centerline of the valve body. Pipeline check valve is a new kind of valve, which is one of the development directions of check valve, which is small in size, light in weight and good in processing technology. However, the coefficient of fluid resistance is slightly larger than that of swing check valves.
5. Compression check valve
This valve is used as a boiler feed water and steam shut-off valve, and it has the comprehensive function of lifting check valve and shut-off valve or angle valve.
